  1. Types of Leads and Industries Catered To:

    • Warm Lead Network provides exclusive leads tailored to specific industries

    • The nature of leads provided will match the client’s industry requirements as agreed upon during the service engagement.

  2. Lead Generation and Delivery Process:

    • Leads are generated through targeted online advertisements on platforms such as Meta (Facebook) and Google.

    • All leads are delivered to clients through the Monday CRM system provided by Warm Lead Network.

    • Clients will receive their leads within a two-week period from the start of the service.

  3. Ownership of Leads and Use of CRM System:

    • All leads provided to the client are exclusive and will not be shared with any other clients.

    • Clients are required to use the Monday CRM system supplied by Warm Lead Network to manage and track the leads.

    • Ownership of the leads transfers to the client upon delivery, and the client is responsible for any follow-up and communication with the leads.

  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • We have a strict no refund policy. When the client pays, they agree to receive marketing services for lead generation, and no refund is to be done or accepted under any circumstances.

  5. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution:

    • Warm Lead Network is not liable for any damages, losses, or other claims arising from the use of the leads provided.

    • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing further legal action.

    • Any legal action arising out of these terms will be governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction].
